They are proposed from 1,100,000 €.

After 18 months of tension on the real estate market, Anthony Rossi is seeing a gradual but on-going recovery, driven by buyers with budgets often ranging from 1.5 to 2 M €, or even higher, from 4 M €. Determined to carry out their plans, they are keen on Sainte-¬Maxime for its charm, its strategic location at the heart of the Gulf, and its quality lifestyle all year round.

“Availabilities remain limited. I can currently propose about 70 properties as compared to almost 300 in the same period in 2022. This rarity contributes to stability in prices which had soared after the Covid-19 pandemic.” Anthony Rossi is confidently looking forward to a lively second half for 2025 and all of 2026.
