Juan-les-Pins is a neighbourhood south-west of Antibes, on the Mediterranean coast. John Dos Passos, Ernest Hemingway and F. Scott Fitzgerald stayed in turn in this seaside resort offering all the best assets of the Côte d'Azur (climate, lovely scenery, sandy beaches…). Thanks to the American Frank Jay Gould, who invested extensively in the town, it was adorned, among other things, with a magnificent hotel and a superb pinewood, laid out to accommodate the now legendary Jazz Festival of Juan-les-Pins.
The property market in Juan-les-Pins is shared out evenly between year-round and holiday homes. Near the town centre, in La Badine, small "pavillons" with gardens and pools are relatively affordable. On the other hand, prices are considerably higher over towards La Pinède. Set back from the bustle on the seafront, Le Domaine de Pimeau, Saint-Maymes and Les Brusquets propose generous building plots, with or without sea view.
