The pretty commune of Théoule-sur-Mer is in the Alpes-Maritimes, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It is backed by the Estérel hills, 14 km from Cannes and 40 km from Nice, and not far from the Lérins Islands (Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat. Théoule-sur-Mer benefits from a natural environment lending itself to a quiet, pleasant and casual life-style.
