Quiet situated in the secured and guarded 'Domaine du Golfe Bleu', close to the beach and to the golf course of Beauvallon, is this large and luxurious villa (ca. 300 m2) situated on a flat plot with a large swimming pool (12 x 6m) with beaches and large garden. There is a beautiful sea view on the Golf of Saint-Tropez and the village of Sainte Maxime is at only 3 km. The villa offers availability up to 12 persons (+ 1 child) The villa is fully equipped with airconditioning, has a great living with high ceiling, 2 sitting area's, dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and all area's at this level have a connection to the large partly covered terrace with dining-, relaxing- and lounge area. There are 6 bedrooms with double beds, 1 with extra single bed, and all with en-suite private bathroom. The lay-out: Closed gate to enter the domaine and closed gate with driveway to the villa with outdoor and indoor parking. Entrance villa with large hallway, 1st guest toilet and lift to the garage. First bedroom at the side with doors to the garden, double bed, build in closet, airconditioning and private bathroom with shower and toilet. Steps to the large, open and very bright living with marble floor, enormous high ceiling and glass wall over the entire width of the area. Here one also can enjoy the beautiful sea-view! There is an open fire place, a lounge- and dining area and a connection to the dining kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has doors to the large covered dining terrace at the side of the villa. Next to the kitchen there is an extra area with an additional fridge and freezer. Through the living one can reach the second hallway with a second guest toilet and bedrooms 2,3 and 4. Bedroom 2, with doors to a private terrace at the side, is equipped with a double bed, fixed in wardrobes, airconditioning and an area with an extra single bed. The 'en-suite' bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 3, with doors to the terrace at the front-side with sea-view, has a double bed, lots of build-in closets, airconditioning and an 'en-suite' bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin and a separate toilet. Bedroom 4, situated at the side of the villa also has doors to a terrace, a double bed, fixed-in closed, airconditioning and the private bathrooms is also equipped with a bathtub, 2 washbasins, shower and toilet. Through the entrance hall the staircase leads to the large and high mezzanine, in U shape above the living. Here one can find a double bed and the private 5th bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet. The 6th bedroom is situated at the sousterrain / pool level, ideal for youngsters, and also equipped with a private bathroom. At this level is also a 2nd kitchen, TV-room size XXL, a sports room with various fittness equipments and again airconditioning. In the basement a large garage for various cars is situated with lift to the hallway. The villa is situated on the large plot (2.500 m2) with large terraces with sun lounges, various lounge seats and dining area's and one can enjoy the swimming pool with jacuzzi, the pool house and the summer kitchen with BBQ; the 'Big Green Egg'. At the other side of the villa is a 'Petange'; a jeux de boules court situated, and in the poolhouse a ping/pong (table tennis) and a table footbal game for lots of fun during the holidays! The villa offers you everything for a relaxing and great family holiday! In the high season you can only reserve this villa with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Sunday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights
