A disparate property market in Paris 15th

This arrondissement can be split into four main areas : Saint-Lambert, Necker, Grenelle and Javel, but also many micro-neighbourhoods rather like little villages. The most expensive properties are to be found to the north, especially on the edges of the 5th and 6th arrondissements. The trendiest address in the 15th is the Rue du Commerce, with its endless boutiques and café terraces packed with busy 30 year-olds. Less well-known, the Beuret-Blomet neighbourhood can also lay claim to a trendy ambiance with its rummage sales, art exhibitions and "troc vert" days, all bringing in the crowds.
