Roquefort-les-Pins is a pretty commune in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, 13 km from Grasse and 18 km from Cannes. With its three "flowers" won in the "Villes et Villages Fleuris" contest, it benefits from a well-preserved natural setting within a very pleasant environment. A highly-prized climatic resort, its population rises significantly in the summer season. Its lovely scenery features rocky outcrops and pine-trees. This village with a population of about 6,222 offers several commerces (shops, chemists, restaurants…) and provides many activities for its residents (a cinema, mediatheque, horse-riding and other sports facilities…). Its industrial activity traditionally focuses on hotels, restaurants and glass/mirror-making.
Roquefort-les-Pins can be split into four distinct areas : a forest zone, a scarcely populated area, another with more houses and, finally, a much denser area. The latter is comprised of most of the commune's commercial and administrative activities, together with schools. The property market is mainly comprised of detached Provençal houses.
