Signature in Nice & Valberg: A new agency between Sea & Mountains !

Pierre Kretchmann and Yannick Russo join forces to create the Signature agency

“We are currently in the process of creating L’Agence Signature, a new premium entity that I am co-founding with Yannick Russo.” reveals Pierre Kretchmann. With a combined 22 years of experience, he is also the founder of Les2Quais agency in Nice.

For them, it is an opportunity to reposition themselves. L’Agence Signature will build on the heritage and long-standing network of Les2Quais while adopting a more high-end identity, inspired by the “Côte d’Azur – Sea & Mountain” spirit.

A branch will open in Valberg, in the Nice hinterland: “With Yannick, we wanted to create a high-end agency in the resort, capable of supporting both second-home projects and the sale of chalets, apartments, or premium properties.”
The branch will be open year-round, with a daily on-site presence to ensure constant availability, optimal responsiveness, and close client support.

“This new location reinforces our Sea & Mountain identity, a distinctive positioning that allows us to cover both the Nice coastline and the hinterland.” he concludes.
