"The Alpilles are on the rise ! This area represents a niche market that is attracting more and more buyers. It's a true favorite destination." reveals Yannick Bouteloup, founder of Happy Immobilier.

With 23 years of expertise, he has built a loyal team, present for many years and possessing in-depth knowledge of the sector. It was therefore only natural for him to share his market analysis on the TV program Sept à Huit on TF1.

"Today, 70% of buyers are Parisians or French, but 30% are also international. We receive inquiries from Americans, Swiss, Belgians, and others..." he explains, before adding "Here, people are looking for a quality of life that’s unlike any other, whether for secondary or primary residences."

Happy Immobilier’s clientele even includes celebrities such as pastry chef Christophe Michalak, who, for instance, fell in love with the region. "Initially searching in Corsica for a second home, he ultimately chose the Alpilles and now travels there from Paris every weekend."
