Engel & Völkers France has announced the launch of its luxury seasonal rental business on the French Riviera. Introduced in May 2026, this new division is part of the group's growth strategy to strengthen its position in the most dynamic segments of the real estate market, complementing its long-established expertise in property sales.

The division is led by Manuel Reuff, a luxury seasonal rental specialist with more than fifteen years of experience. Trained in Saint Barthélemy and with a background spanning both premium rentals and luxury hospitality, he is spearheading the development of this new activity. The portfolio currently includes around 70 exceptional properties, the majority located in Saint-Tropez, with around twenty more across the Alpes-Maritimes. The objective is to reach 100 qualified properties under the Engel & Völkers Côte d'Azur brand within the first year.
