An independent group affiliated to Christie’s International Real Estate, Co^te Ouest Immobilier, presided by Nicolas Descamps, has been active for close on 15 years on the Co^te Basque and in Les Landes through three agencies located in Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Hossegor.

Benefiting from quality appointments, sought-after locations and views, they are prized by a national clientele, Parisian in particular, but also by international buyers displaying their trust thanks to the renown of the Christie’s network : north Americans, Belgians, English, Spanish...
