Mandelieu-la-Napoule, a privileged market.

Between Cannes and Fréjus, communes straddling the Corniche d’Or benefit from enchanting settings where the red rocks of the Estérel overlook the azure-blue sea. On this market flaunting the flag of exclusiveness, secure gated estates win the votes of buyers in search of villas and apartments enjoying unimpeded views.

The Berti family has been based in Mandelieu-la-Napoule for 40 years, in other words, for three generations. Today, the Berti and Sons group is comprised of four agencies within the commune : the Agence de la Poste, specializing in sales?; the Paris Estere agency, focusing on sales and rental management?; Bertiprestige in La Napoule, and Grand-Duc Immobilier on the Domaine du Grand-Duc.

“Our voluntary commitment to Mandelieu-la-Napoule endows us with in-depth knowledge of the market, acquired since the 1980’s. It has occurred that we have sold some houses four times over within that period of time ! We mainly cover the communes of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Théoule-sur-Mer and the hinterland of Tanneron, Les Adrets de l’Estérel, even Pégomas, and Cannes, of course.”

Romain Berti notes that 60% of buyers here are French, 40% non-residents. A demanding clientele giving preference to apartments and villas with sea views, priced from 1 million euros, and residences on gated estates with high security.

“Le Domaine du Grand-Duc was created by our family. It is now one of Mandelieu’s finest addresses where prices can attain 14,000 € per sq.m for properties benefiting from recent renovation. 2-bedroomed apartments can be found here from 450,000 €, while the price for villas of 200 m2 ranges from 2 to 3 million euros. Today, renovated properties of quality are maintaining their high price levels.”
