Prices, however, remain stable overall. One could call it a return to normal after the post-pandemic years marked by general euphoria and soaring prices.”

Sotheby’s International Realty’s clientele is very much international with a high number of north American and Scandinavian buyers.

The most sought-after property ? “A prestigious house or apartment benefitting from high-spec appointments and a view of the sea, at a price generally between 3 and 4 million euros.”
