Toulouse’s property fair
At the “Salon de l’Immobilier de Toulouse”, emphasis was placed on the very good initial results attained this year : in the first six months, sales in the urban area of Toulouse rose by 26 %, according to the “Fédération des Promoteurs Immobiliers de Midi-Pyrénées”. The regional FPI also noted a 38 % increase in investments.
