Tamarins Développement Kicks Off Construction of Campus Sinea

Campus Sinea is a major project aimed at meeting the demand for student housing on the French Riviera.

The real estate developer Tamarins held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Campus Sinea, an ambitious project located in the heart of Cannes La Bocca.
This event marks the official launch of a large-scale development, designed to meet the high demand for student housing in the Cannes area.

"Ideally located at the foot of the new market square, Campus Sinea will offer 76 units for students and young professionals starting in the 2027 academic year," explains Laurent Ricordi, Program Director.
Designed as a modern and welcoming living space, the project is part of the revitalization of the La Bocca district, also driven by the arrival of another campus: Vatel, the prestigious international hospitality school.
