MAPIC international fair
The first international fair dedicated to commercial premises is to be held from November 15th to 17th at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. One of its main themes will be how to preserve neighbourhood shops. Experts in the field such as Banimmo, which has been entrusted with re-boosting the Halle de la Gare du Sud in Nice, will enlighten visitors on the subject. An area of over 1,000 m2 will also be devoted to new trends in commercial real estate, with a considerable number of delegations from the Middle East and Asia. www.mapic.com
