The new Eco Vallée neighbourhood west of Nice will consist of almost 51,000 m2 of living accommodation, 7,900 m2 of hotel and para-hotel premises, 2,850 m2 of offices and services, 4,685 m2 of neighbourhood shops,
and 1,220 public and private parking places. Designed by
a team of internationally renowned architects, this development
is part of an "ecological neighbourhood" development presenting a high level
of convergence between urban buildings and open spaces.
