Château Soligny, record sale
On March 14th, Michaël Zingraf Christie’s International Real Estate proudly announced a record sale, that of the Château Soligny with a price-tag of 55 million euros. In 2012, its owner, the Finamas group, launched ambitious renovation of this property in neo-Gothic style, built in 1868 by the architect Rimbault at the heart of the neighbourhood of La Californie in Cannes. Inevitably, the identity of the lucky new owner has not yet been revealed.
