Level 1: Second floor for reception rooms: Monumental outdoor staircase, large terraces (320m²), indoor lounge, library, office, TV room, living room with fireplace, smoking area. Level 2: Third floor for suites and master bedrooms: Central hall, guest closet, master suite with living room and two separate apartments each with a bedroom with fireplace, dressing room, marble bathroom with Jacuzzi, safe; plus 3 apartments each with one bedroom, dressing room and marble bathroom with Jacuzzi. The area reserved for cars comprises two levels: a covered level that can accommodate five big cars and a stall for two-wheeled vehicles; and a parking level on the terrace for another five vehicles over approximately 180m².
