PTZ extended throughout 2017

Under the same conditions as those applicable in 2016, the new PTZ (“Prêt à Taux Zéro”) has been extended throughout 2017. The scheme has been a real success among first-time buyers all over France. It enables the buyer to borrow up to 40 % of the amount required to purchase a new property or one in need of substantial renovation. Another benefit : under certain conditions, it is possible to postpone the start of repayments for several years.
