Positive results for Savoy Mont-Blanc
The FNAIM has just published its results for the first half of 2016 concerning the Savoy Mont-Blanc region. After suffering rather late from the economic crunch, then picking up a little in 2015, the market in Savoy is pursuing its recovery thanks, in particular, to the new PTZ loan which clearly gives a helping hand for those envisaging home ownership, especially in the agglomeration of Annecy. First-time buyers are back in force ! Good news !
