New-build results
September 22nd saw the first edition of the “Panorama de l’immobilier en Savoie Mont-Blanc”, co-organized by the SogoCom & Eco des Pays de Savoie agency, in partnership with the FNAIM. This event dedicated to members of the real-estate industry drew 180 participants and speakers. It reported that the region’s market for new-builds now ranks second after the département of the Rhône.
