Annecy : exemplary development for Vallat Immobilier

Over the past two years, following its closer ties with Annecy Immo, the group Vallat Immobilier has inaugurated two new agencies in Seynod and Pringy, thus covering all of the Annecy basin with 10 agencies in all. In the head office at 49 rue Sommeiller in Annecy, a department called “Selection of New Properties” has been created to meet the needs of the most demanding clients more efficiently. In 2012, the “Vallat Creation” concept came into being, aiming to carry out turn-key projects for chalets, villas, apartments and hotels. Also at the service of property developers, the “Development” department works by their sides to carry out land searches, market and feasibility studies, and optimized technical expertise.
