In January, mortgage rates again showed a slight drop. Cafpi set averages at 2.85 % over 15 years, 3.15 % over 20 years and 3.50 % over 25 years. During the same month, the credit broker even obtained 2.60 %, 2.95 % and 3.20 % for the same loan periods. A year ago, the 10-year OAT was close on 3 % : today, it continues on the downside, at around 2.10 %.
